From the early days of making porridge in our little food truck for festival goers, to running our bustling bakery in Edinburgh today, we've remained proudly independent and committed to bringing you simply made, honest, delicious food. 

All our products are still handmade, but our kitchen has grown—about 100 times bigger. Our bakers use natural ingredients and over 20 years of experience to craft our Stoats goodies.

Green isn’t just our brand colour; it’s our mindset. We're committed to reducing our environmental impact, with sustainability driving our innovation.

In 2018, we switched to compostable packaging, and today, recyclable films like polypropylene keep packaging in a closed-loop system. Beyond packaging, we’re working with Net Zero International to halve our carbon emissions by 2030 and achieve Net Zero by 2045.
